I would see if you can try and split them. Use one of the rail split sites to get pricea, but don't buy from them - cos they take a cut.
Go to any of the toc websites and buy from them.
Do it often and save quite a bit. £120 saving on most recent booking, which is made up of 4 short hop day returns, over a longer return or advance tickets.

Exactly like that.
Not guaranteeing it will be any cheaper, but it can be.
No need to change trains if you set off from Durham.
Mine is Durham - York (singles). York - Sheff. Sheff - Derby. Derby - Brum. £35 ew.

As most here know, I lost my 32 year old sister in December last year...
The original Post Mortem was inconclusive and the Coroner told us it would take 6-8 weeks to get a conclusive result, we now know the cause.
Coroner let my mam know yesterday...Cause was Multiple Organ Failure brought on by Pneumonia...
It is a bit of a relief to my mother who has beat the shit out of herself for 7 weeks now wondering if there was something we could have done to prevent the death...It apparantly came on that quick she didn't know what hit her.
We will never forget and always remember my sister, but we all have some closure now and we can get on re-building our lives best we can, I think the coroner said she was a time bomb waiting to go off and most likely would have died anyway, so it gives me a bit peace, knowing she did not suffer in those last few moments and she went quick.
Thanks to everyone here who showed us support and friendship

Father in law finally passed, today. Rushed to hospital (days after he should have been IMO, but no one wanted to know) and it looks like it was pneumonia that finished him, off, too. At least MIL got a last Christmas with him.
Well into his 80s, mind. I used to joke with MIL that he'd carry on forever, just to wind her up. He's one of the last of his group of friends to go.

Sorry to hear that...
I think with Pneumonia if your immune is all to shit, your in a bad place, in our Alisons case, she had a chest infection, together with organ failure she never really stood a chance...
At least I can find peace of some kind now [WHITE SMILING FACE]

Cheers guys. Husband's over with his mum and sister. Coroner due to visit, this morning. I'll go over sometime but not today - not well and last thing they need is me flaking out over them. I'm concentrating on being in a fit state to keep things running smoothly with the boys when they get home from school (they never really had any relationship with their granda, so it's life as normal for them. Their version of normal, anyhow!)

Not really, why should he inbox people when he can just make a post about it?
Just because you and a few other people know something, doesn't mean others should be blocked from sharing the information, if it hasn't been shared with others yet.
Also i'm not part of any Facebook groups so i did not know about the services which are changing depots until DanPicken did a post about it...........
