Aye, I've just noticed, There's also a 33 and I think the 36 also serves there too, So renumbering it is a bit of a pain.

Seaburn Morrisons - seaburn metro - wheatsheaf - keir hardey way - Queen alexander bridge - b,Q , currys pc world - hylton road - millfield metro - royal hospital - prestbury road ( buisness park ) - A19 - East herrington - farringdon Allendale road - Doxford international - Doxford Park shops.
This service will allow service 18,19 to go hourly this service will follow the E2 to the wheatsheaf the service provides a extra bus to seaburn metro.
The service follows the 36 to the bridge but then turning left along the 19 route.
The route will additionally serve the hylton road retail world at the bottom.
Provides a extra bus to pennywell this allows route 20 to operate every 15 minutes 7 days a week.
The service will additionally serve prestbury park providing a direct bus to Doxford Park and Farringdon instead of passengers changing at sunderland.
The service will serve doxford international before operating the old 5 and 5a way through moorside down to hall farm then ternamating at doxford shops.
From the board inn the x20 will take a short cut via the 3 route in the farringdon estate this means the service wont serve the co operative or mcdonalds.
The x20 will operate hourly and provide additional buses.
The driver change overs will occur at the closest bus stop near the wheatshief which is stadium way or outside of tesco.
The 18 and 19 wont be changed except in frequency.
12. Town end farm - downhill - red house - witherwack - carley hill - Thompson road - sea road - blue bell - wheatsheaf - sunderland - ashbrooke - tunstall road - sainsburys - vickaridge farm - Doxford Park.
This service will replace service 4 to red house on a 20 minute frequency the service will replace service 16 through witherwack the service will provide additional buses along thompson road on sundays and evenings the 23 wont run so the 12 will loop round on a 30 minute frequency.
The service will operate as normal from Sunderland but sunday and evening journeys will operate via the barnes instead.
4. This service will operate every 15 minutes between doxford park and sunderland then every 30 minutes to boldon.
The service will after downhill operate to boldon to interwork with the 30.
This will mean both south shields and sunderland depots will operate on the service.
On sundays and evenings this will mean the 30 is increased to every 30 minutes.
The journeys that ternamate in Sunderland will run on to service 8.
All journeys that will ternamate in Sunderland are only sunderland ran.
16. This service will operate via ramsgate road instead but from marley pots firestation it will operate up to witherwack then to carley hill.
Yet the 16 will only serve witherwack and carley hill 3 times a hour with other journeys direct to sunderland.
Route 23. On evenings and sundays the service will run but only sunderland to thorney close
5 - Darras Hall - Westerhope - Slatyford - Dumpling Hall - Scotswood - MetroCentre

New suggestion
X1. Seaburn Morrisons - Roker - Roker Avenue - wheatsheaf - Sunderland - interchange - barnes - East herrington - Doxford international.
This service will operate with the E1 on mornings and peak times to give a combination of a every 10 minute bus service at peak times.
The service will serve East herrington giving a direct bus to Sunderland at the peak time hour.
The service will allow the 18,19 to operate to a near hourly frequency along with service 5 considering these services arent so busy.
X2. Hylton castle - Downhill - witherwack - Thompson road - newcastle road - sunderland - villete road - Grangetown - Ryhope - tunstall bank - Doxford international.
This service will serve the north estates at peak times considering there is a 592 service although this service can give a guarantee of a propper bus turning up.
The service will allow early morning 4s that start at Hylton castle to be withdrawn on Monday to Friday with Saturday and Sunday journeys transferred to service 3.
This service will operate along Thompson road which will allow service 18 to be hourly at peak times.
This service will provide competition with service 2, 39 on the south side of Sunderland.
This service will also allow several 3,4,13,16 journeys to be withdrawn particularly the journeys that carry 2 passengers.
This service will allow a cross city link for employees at doxford international.
3. New early weekend journeys with service 4 journeys from hylton castle withdrawn.
5. This service will operate hourly during peak time periods.
8. At peak times this service will no operate down hylton bank and instead serve Greenbank eatate alike during daytime.
12. This service will operate every 30 minutes at peak times Sunderland to Doxford park due to low passenger use.
13 More journeys at peak times between Sunderland and Doxford Park.
16. At peak times on the evening particularly at 4- 5 pm some journeys will extend to Boldon Asda for connections and a lost link.
18 journeys will operate every hour at peak times along with service 19.
20. During the day the service will operate every 15 minutes.

5. East herrington - thorney close - broadway - high barnes - royal hospital - hylton road - millfield metro - sunderland - chester road - royal hospital - high barnes - broadway - thorney close - Gilley law - farringdon - East herrington.
This service will not service chester road for journeys to sunderland.
The service will operate a clockwise loop from royal hospital via sunderland and back.
No other changes
New 14. Seaburn Morrisons - Dene estate - seaburn metro - blue bell - wheatsheaf - sunderland - Thornhill academy - barnes - prospect - plains farm - Thorney close.
This service will replace service 23 on a every 20 minute frequency.
This service will additionally serve plains farm allowing service 3 journeys that start from Gilley law and finnish there to bypass the estate these journeys will be renumbered 3A.
The service will exit Thorney close at the shops and not service inner thorney close
Service 3A will service inner thorney close.
More journeys to Morrisons and a 2 way system in dene estate.

This service will be revised to operate every 20 minutes along with service 4 which will be reduced to every 20 minutes providing a every 10 minute bus service.
This service will follow service 35 from sunderland to casletown broadway then operate nexus 136 route to Hylton castle then follow the 592 route to town and farm.
4. Doxford Park mill hill - Doxford Park shops - farringdon - plains farm - Barnes park - Ashbrooke - Sunderland - wheatsheaf - Southwick - PDSA - North hylton road - Town end farm.
This service will replace service 13 with the route to town end farm the service will also serve plains farm still providing a every 10 minute bus service.
This service also replaces the 12,18,19 in Ashbrooke were service 18,19 will re serve premier road.
5. This service will be increased to operate every 20 minutes throughout the day.
New 7.Gilley law - Durham road - East herrington - Moorside - Doxford Park shops - Tunstall bank - ryhope village - Grangetown - Villete road - Sunderland - Royal hospital - barnes - Gilley law.
This service will operate a one way loop anti clockwise with ryhope first.
this service will operate every 30 minutes and will give a bus from east herrington to Doxford Park also serving ryhope this service will allow service 18 and 19 to service hendon sports centre again.
The service will give a bus royal hospital to barnes.
Service 12 and 13.
12. This service will re serve the barnes and will operate the 4 route to Town end farm.
13.This service will start at farringdon then normal route to Sunderland.
This service will operate via marley pots but will serve ramsgate road.

Yeah I wish the X34 ran both ways on night time I'm not bothered if just run as far as Bolden
have x34 come into south shields town and hartlepool instead of service 6 only doing night on friday and saturday have 6/7 both do nights everyday and have service 3/4 run on sundays
Loads of ways could improve them but the problem's who's going to pay for it?

I would make the X34 go into Gateshead and make the 32/32A every 15 minutes
