Sure last time I posted on this thread it was about her. Lol.

They're not saying 'sorry' to you because they mean it, but more that because its what they think you want to hear. However, two of the best I've had the pleasure of dealing with though - Virgin Trains East Coast and Sainsburys.
I had an issue with the service on one leg of a 1st advance ticket, and VTEC gave me a 1st class return complimentary ticket, valid anywhere on their network, to compensate. Well over and above what I would have expected.
I second this VTEC praise, without a doubt the best company I've dealt with. Similar issue to yourself in that I had an issue with one leg of a journey (train cancelled due to late running at Edinburgh, then buses to Aberdeen), and they also gave me a 1st class return ticket. All I wanted was an explanation as to why they cancelled the train at Edinburgh, as if I recall correctly it would have had time to turn around at Aberdeen and still leave near enough on time.
I don't expect anywhere near this level of compensation when I complain to companies, I do however expect a response that some thought has gone into, and one that details what has happened as a result (if appropriate).
I asked my family to help me with the end of my phone contract for my old phone, I told them I would still be getting charged and they wouldn't have it, yeah, yeah, it will cancel itself, NOPE! Just checked my emails and sure enough, bill from O2 for said phone.
Going to play holy hell when I get home!
Was on the train this morning, suddenly the old woman sat in the seat in front decided to poke her head up over the seat and give me a demonic stare, I nearly crapped myself! All I was doing was talking, don't know what on earth her problem was!
Also had a driver get out of their bus and come up to me and question as to whether it is right for me to take photos of bus drivers...

With a bit of luck they'll be collecting their Darwin Award soon!
Dropped my phone at Kirkby Stephen today, taking a slight chunk out of it in the process.

Nearly dropped it again when I went to pick it up when I got the Tapatalk notification for you quoting the previous post.
Not even two months into the 24 month contract yet! [emoji53]
Sitting at the back of a rather full President on the X21, this afternoon - Littlun shoving his hands down the side of the seat, for them to come out absolutely black with soot!
Thankfully, I had some wipes in my bag, but he's still got manky fingernails, even after a bath!
Go out this afternoon for photo of the coach that's on the X24 and doesn't show up, guess it was swapped for something else as was there for quite some time. Then come home and Flickr won't upload any photos, says uploaded then nothing appears

The 17:40 from Newcastle was the coach. Was seconds too late to catch it.

I've just had the same problem with Flickr, had to use the Old Uploader which I ain't particularly fond of using but I managed to get my photo online.

That's typical.

Only working through flickr website, not working properly on iOS app on iPhone and iPad, although I have pre release on it so restoring iPad to factory software as that's what I use for my transport account.

Being constantly ignored....
Just woke up to 3 chainsaws going like mad. I'm yet to see where they are, though.

Fuel gauges.
I drove 50 miles and back and ended up with more fuel than what I started with.

Missed the coach on X24 this morning then it got removed then decided to wait for the 14:55 to Sunderland but no bus showed up. Plans didn't work out as expected and got frustrated with myself and others as a result and started feeling lightheaded. The worst was seeing enthusiasts I know but couldn't bring myself to say hi or chat which has really been bothering me lately.
Suggestions that someone is lucky because that have a disability which severely limits their ability to communicate with others and deal with everyday frustrations to the point that they cannot work.
Yes, disablism is alive and kicking (and actively encouraged by certain sections of the media) in 2017.
