If that's the one parked underneath the A1 Western Bypass and next to the Tyne Valley Line, It's either been there a long time or it gets swapped round regularly.
Apologies if it isn't the place.
There's quite a few of GCT's vehicles down there, including the E200

Yes they go there for maintenance.
Orange president seems to be permanently there

Ex-GNE 3867 is now with GCT..
Won't it have to become DDA Complaint?

Yes, If it's expected to be used past December 31st, Unless confined to Private Hires which in GCT's case I wont expect to happen.

Or on services which do not take cash fares and therefore do not need to be registered on VOSA (and therefore do not need to comply). I don't think GCT have any services like this though.

Is it not about time these had there licence to operate bus services revoked, they are an absolute joke, thought I was in the back of a taxi yesterday morning on the 37 to work as the driver "Capital Radio" blasting, journey was far from bootylicous for my liking, then again and not for the first and certainly not the last the driver skipped biddick woods.
Furthermore I have found in past few weeks on a daily basis for my journey to work to approximately 10 minutes late and my return 4 minutes early but leaving Doxford Park 3 minutes late, as the driver on an evening seems to think he doesn't have any timing points up until the stop next to greggs on the business park and therefore sits and chats to the drivers on the 592/593 at the stop before for 5 minutes, whereas I get on two before greggs now with being up the top of bank at camberwell, most days having to run down the bank just to catch it back home.

I'd love radios with banging tunes to be compulsory on buses. One of the best trips I have ever done was Brookes Bus in Oxford with old-school Rihanna playing.

Does it beat listening to 'Colour me bad - I wanna sex you up', when sitting on a crowded Alexander bodied Renault MiniLink, passing through Donwell?
It's gotta be a close call...
