19205 and 211 never recieved those mods.
Not sure 114 COULD be modded in that way - like I say it doesn't take AdBlue.
Not sure on 19179.

18364 definitely at Stockton, photographed it today
Chances are both Tridents are probably being prepared locally for further use by charitable organisations.

Both?
What's the other one?
I hope getting some more if for service I see Stockton depot get more deckers
Transbus Trident / Transbus President is 18040 at Walkergate, came from the East Midlands, destined for Charity. I wouldn't be suprised if the one that has appeared at Stockton will be going the same way.

At the moment nobody knows but it seems likely it could be used as a donor vehicle for the remaining open top buses at Sunderland or possibly even joining them as an open top.  While they is a very slim chance it does unfortunately seem unlikely it’s there for front line service work and if it was I would think it would only be temporarily while a newer bus was been sourced before doing one of the above eventually.

Donor vehicle option would only work for the mechanical bits as the body is different if it's a President

hes on about the one at stockton which is an ALX400, the walkergate one as you correctly summise is the president

No mention of 18363 on bustimes.

Does say 18364 was on 6A on 8th Dec, 5 days ago, but in Morecambe.

You need to read through bistimes properly before posting
Sorry mate.

18040 is a donation to Northumbria Police
Looks like they swapped it for the Arriva North East Lowlander which turned up at Walkergate a few weeks ago. No doubt will move to Northumbria Police training centre in Follingsby Park.
18040 is probably the bus thats broke down on me the most since I came to Gainsborough depot?. I had noticed it had been gone a few weeks.
Fleet update from S K M on Twitter:

Fleet Update: Stagecoach North East (1)
· Enviro 400s 19389 and 19432/33/34/35/37/38 at Walkergate are being prepared for cascade within Stagecoach
· Enviro 400 19645 has transferred from South Shields to Walkergate in exchange for Enviro 400MMC 10631

Enviro 300s 27688/98/99 have been allocated to Sunderland as replacements for withdrawn Scania/Enviro 300 (Gas) 28032/33/34, which have been sold to Reading Buses
That'll explain why 19438 was here yesterday.

19437 is also at Sunderland along with 22409. Both currently parked round the back.

19432/5 are now parked at Slatyford depot, while 19434 should be in the paintshop at Wheatsheaf, where 19437/8 are also presently located. Likelihood is, the 194xxs will be remaining in the region and replacing the older examples elsewhere - as already done with 19179/205 now in Lincolnshire. 19114/211 are also due to cascade out from Sunderland.

Shame they are cascading the older ones, 7 more double decks would solve a lot of problems
