E200 37144 working out of Sunderland. Is this loan from Shields or permanent transfer?

It’s been there since Monday so may well be a permanent transfer

Could be here because of the ongoing Yutong issues

it was mentioned in the summer about shields swapping 2 of there E200’s for 2 of the 19xxx double deckers for additional scholars contracts
One is double decker take so long to get built it be at stockton depot now

Geeze will you shut up about those flippin double deckers, change the record
I well shut up just for you it was question that all it was
From my understanding Yutong U11DD double decker YK75 LCT 83000 is at Slatyford
Good morning everyone,I’d just like to ask about the NSAs on the slatyford batch of e400mmcs and e200mmcs(2016) and when their NSAs start working bc I always see the e400mmc ones just never working and the e200mmc ones show the correct things but never ever announce the stops.Do they need to still program the NSAs and will they be completed soon?
36087 on the 10 in Middlesbrough, presumably covering for the Yutongs with broken windows.
I though going to stockton depot want at Slatyford depot for?
Cus it has, so get over it

It is, but yet here we are, answering the SAME question AGAIN

It’s weird because they should have been done for the 1st October when the law came in but haven’t. 26067 works, not well but works. 26080 works but the speakers are turned down.
Not sure what the plan is with 26284 & 26286 which NSA’s don’t work. I believe 11298 didn’t have working NSA’s or screen but I saw that the other day and the screen was working so must have been fixed.
Have Stagecoach managed to sort out the gas and electric charging systems yet, since the fire knocked them off?

Gas seems fine, leccy chargers are still off, getting charged at Stockton 3 at a time on rotation.

That's some distance to travel to recharge - I'm surprised they haven't brought in temporary chargers.

There is one, possibly two, also getting charged on our pits.
I hope stuff like this are just teething issues with switching to electric vehicles. I really do want them to work but having most of a depot go down would be catastrophic for places that can't send their stuff to other depots as easy. Hope it doesn't become a common thing.
Hello,
Daft question. I'm potentially moving to near Kenton Road with access to the 10/11 & 31 which are pretty good routes.
If there is an issue on the Central Motorway in the mornings, are drivers on the 10/11 allowed to run non-stop via Grandstand Road, BBC, Hunters Road and Claremont Road?

Hi mate, most mornings at the moment due to the roadworks on the central motorway the service 10 and 11 run from Kenton Road left onto Grandstand Road and then via Great North Road into the city centre. They’d be unable to use the route you suggested due to traffic around the cowhill junction would make them very late.
73176 entered public service today (3/11/25) following its permanent transfer from Stockton although it was not tracking.

Yes I think Hartlepool is providing short term cover when buses are needed when they is a shortage due to vandalism or breakdowns. I would think Sunderland and the Newcastle depots will then send some of there spares down if longer term cover is needed.
It does seem to be the same areas in Hardwick and ( South Bank/ Grangetown Areas for Arriva ) where regular vandalism seems to be happening unfortunately.

That's great to hear

From Today Yutong E12s will be back again on X24s following feedback from the drivers, Scania Enviro 300 SG buses (28XXX) that are remaning on the road at Sunderland are due to be withdrawn at either the end of this week or next and will be replaced with 27XXX from then on until 9/10 more E12s arrive in the future.

Stupid question but I take it, these will be new?
Actually gutted the gas buses will be going sooner than I thought they would be although, some of them sound rougher than Sunderland on a night (I'm from Sunderland so don't come at me)

Unknown if they will be new i would like to assume so , but completely agree they are at the end now and are rough with most “kangarooing” when pulling away its a shame as they are fantastic to drive but the future is slowly here, just hope the E12s can cope with the capacity especially if the metros go down and manage to keep to timings with being limited to 50mph compared to the gas buses 56/58mph

Shame they won't up the speed limits from 50mph.
Where are the 27***'s coming from?

Cheers for the information!
I take it the gas buses will be going to "Reading Buses" since they've bought most of the batch.
