Would also be a wise move to divert away from the A1 if possible, yes.
Was stuck on an X24 the other day which racked up a 20-minute delay...
I wonder how the Cobalt Clipper upgrade has went not in terms of numbers but reliability and VOR's. Judging by FB, there's been no comments made so far with regards to reliability. I know it should be more reliable than previously with the 309 getting 8 minutes between the Cemetery and Whitley Bay towards Newcastle Mon to Sat and also the journey on both 309 and 310 from 16:40 onwards from Newcastle getting 21 mins to Station Road from Haymarket until the peak calms back down a bit.

I think that week is the school holidays, it doesn't usually require a timetable change on VOSA for school holidays so it must be a change of some sort.
Also it doesn't say the route is changing so I doubt it will be a diversion from the A1 unless they have a route to avoid the A1 during roadworks and incidents although after the works on the A1 last summer this is unlikely.
Could be added extra running time to combat the delays, after the major problems the X22 encountered last summer I don't think they want to repeat this especially as it now interworks with service 14.

Nothing confirmed as there's nothing for them getting withdrawn as their current numbers, only M3A but that's NEXUS.
It's a good idea changing them, wonder if they will increase/descrease in frequancy to, just changes to timetable.
Hopefully GNE will run all of them 7 days week instead of a different company running them to on a evening... would be better
